📥 Instant Downloads & Access

  • How do I receive my digital files after purchasing? Immediately after your payment is processed, you will see a confirmation screen with a link to download your files. You will also receive an automated confirmation email containing your direct download link so you can access your purchases anytime.

  • Where is my download link? I can’t find my email. If you don’t see your confirmation email within a few minutes of purchase, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders. If it still hasn't arrived, please reach out through our Contact Us page with your order details, and we will resend it to you.

  • How long do I have access to my purchased files? Your files are yours to keep! Once downloaded, you have lifetime access to them on your local device. We recommend saving your downloaded files to a safe location on your computer or cloud storage.

🖨️ Printing & File Details

  • What file formats will I receive? Most of our digital products are provided in high-resolution PDF format (300 DPI) for easy, crisp printing. Some specialized resources or art prints may also include JPEG files.

  • What paper size should I use for printing? Our printables are designed to fit standard Letter size (8.5" x 11") and A4 paper. When printing, simply select "Fit to Printable Area" or "100% Scale" in your printer settings for optimal layout.

  • Can I print these files on a home printer? Yes! All of our products are optimized for standard home printing. However, for regular heavy use (such as flashcards, sensory mats, or art prints), we recommend printing on cardstock or laminating the pages for extra durability.

🏫 Licensing & Usage Terms

  • Can I use these printables in my classroom or homeschool co-op? Yes! A standard single-store purchase includes a Personal & Classroom License, allowing you to print as many copies as needed for your immediate household or single classroom setting.

  • Can I share or resell these files? No. All NoonVao Prints files are protected under copyright and are strictly for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, forward, resell, or redistribute the digital files in any form.

💳 Orders & Refunds

  • What is your refund policy for digital products? Due to the instant, downloadable nature of digital files, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us! If you encounter any technical issues or have trouble opening a file, please contact us and we will happily assist you.
